PR Perspective

I began this blog as a challenge to myself and as a way of becoming more directly involved with social media. The old adage, don’t just talk about it – do it – was at play.

I’ve met some very interesting, talented and helpful people along the way, and the experience has been very rewarding.

I’m a public relations practitioner, currently working in government communications. Many of my posts will focus on social media and stakeholder relations. I have other passions as well however, and you’ll also see posts about tennis, photography and current issues that are catching our attention.

I’m married with two grown kids, and live with my husband in Victoria, British Columbia.
